AGENCY DESCRIPTION

 

Oregon Mentors provides technical service and development assistance to mentoring programs in the state of Oregon and Clark County, Washington.  We maintain a database of approximately 190 programs throughout the area that meet our quality assurance standards and are recruiting mentors.  Our goal is continually increasing the number of volunteers available to mentor children who could profit from a positive adult role model.

Oregon Mentors offers the following programs:

 

·          We offer assistance to existing and developing mentoring programs in Oregon and Clark County, Washington.

·          Our clients are existing and developing mentor programs.  We also serve individuals interested in volunteering as mentors.

·          We provide technical assistance and development assistance.  Through our online database, individuals interested in becoming mentors can refer themselves to our programs.
