The Alliance is engaged in almost every arena affecting providers, children, and their families. We are constantly at the center of activities affecting regulatory oversight of providers such as:

· Administrative rules
· Contracting
· Development of Oregon’s policies and priorities
· Budget recommendations, development, and funding priorities
· Critical needs in systems
· Pressing for streamlining efficiencies

Real Time Information - We watch for important information, trends, threats, and opportunities at the local, state, and federal level. We summarize complex documents. We advise you where you need to be to make a difference—when to be there, and coach you on your most effective message. We connect you with the people you need to know. And we provide you with advice, insight, and resources to manage problems or get the attention you need.

Professional - We are a staffed, professional office  with years of experience so you receive individualized
focus, answers, and support. Our office in Salem coordinates the interests, activities, communications, and priorities of the membership.

Training  - We provide clinical training on key trauma behaviors: Aggressive/Assaultive, Suicide Behaviors, Running, Avoiding Engagement, and Mental Health Behaviors. We also provide training on leadership development for established and emerging leaders.

Peer Engagement - Working in tandem, members drive policy and increase funding for their priorities through Alliance’s resources. Affinity Groups are formed in key areas to keep you close to current activities in priority areas and emerging issues.

Reputation - Alliance members are recognized for their decades of unmatched experience in providing the highest quality of services.  The Alliance’s reputation is also build by it’s members, through their high level of competency, outcomes, and innovation. The collaboration of the impressive membership has made the Alliance’s voice one of great credibility.

Annual Membership Summit - The Alliance three-day Annual Summit is in May of each year. The Summit provides executive-level leadership and compelling information from national presenters on relevant subjects. The Summit also provides an opportunity to network, maintain strong communication among colleagues.
