Join the Oregon Child & Family Center for Excellence and Rebecca Nickels of RPN Strategies for a three-part training series for first-time and/or developing supervisors. The foundation of each training will incorporate trauma informed principles to support your ability to co-create work environments and teams that are built on trust and collaboration, while striving to facilitate emotional safety at work. Attendees can attend all sessions or pick the sessions that are most relevant to them.
