Program Description
Alternative School is an accredited, private, on-campus school
that serves youth placed in the residential program. Proficiency based,
individualized instruction by two teacher/aide staff aid youth in remedial
skills or GED preparation. Title I Grant
provides achieving independence and bachelor living classes, as well as
individual tutoring.

Program Description
BRS 24-Hour Residential serves male youth ages 15 to 18. The treatment focus is reality psychology,
character development, ethical thinking and full compliance to rules and
regulations. These are aggressively
taught at all levels of the daily program and reinforced through predictable
and immediate consequences. A strong emphasis
on vocational and work experience provide earnings toward restitution, as well
as teaching skills in areas such as:
mechanical drawing, carpentry, agriculture, and landscaping. Individual, group and family counseling
contributes to assessment, planning and treatment.
