Managing Organizational Trauma Post COVID 

Managing Organizational Trauma Post COVID workshop focuses on how COVID restrictions affected our workplace. We will review the different definitions of trauma, understanding how the mind responds to trauma and what Trauma Informed Care is and is not. Then we will take an in-depth look into our workplace wellness and start the discussion of how we can better implement TIC. We will explore what stressors we noticed having over the last year and what new ones have come up now that we are returning to our offices. We'll explore opportunities to reduce and reset our minds, and continue the conversation of what we think would be useful for us in this near future.

About the trainer:

Heide Lambert is a survivor of childhood trauma and, on her path to healing, has built an extensive toolbox of healthy coping skills. She has been passionate about teaching Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and resiliency practices for the last ten years. As the Executive Director for CASA of Lincoln and Tillamook Counties, she exercises TIC with her staff, volunteers, and those they serve.
