We are collaborating with CARES Northwest to host two sessions of interactive training that will address relevant concerns and culture needs of different organizations regarding child sexual abuse and violence prevention.

The second session of two trainings will be held for management ONLY within organizations on June 13th from 9 AM - 11 AM.

Session 2: Management Training:

• Learn strategies for continuing discussions inside of your organizations for healthy relationships as well as increasing staff comfort with speaking up.
• Continue discussions on environmental safety in organizations and strengthened relationships between staff and youth.
• Learn enhanced techniques for supervision, monitoring, coaching, and documenting.
